We grow Suwandel — Sri Lanka's fragrant heirloom rice — right here on our own 1.5-acre paddy field, the organic, traditional way. It's the grain families once saved for special days, filling the kitchen with its warm, milky aroma.

The best way to understand food is to grow it. Children get right into real, chemical-free farming — from seed to plate.
